Well, hmmmm... Where to begin? Well for starters I am 24yrs old and female currently living in Oklahoma, tho I am originally from NY(upstate). Most people ask what brought me here well the answer is simple: love. I met an amazing man unlike any I have met to date and quickly fell madly and deeply in love, so moving was an easy decision. I am by nature a creative person and usually pretty artistic, not lately however. Before meeting my bf I was recovering from a long and painfully abusive relationship; I had been seperated from my ex of nearly six years for about 8 months and trying to rediscover who I was and what I wanted. My bf has helped me a lot; he allows me to be me (most of the time) and tho that is taking some getting used to I like it. I love to write, sing, dance, sculpt and sketch; however, as I mentioned before I have not been doing much of that over the past few years. I have found that somehow my ex killed much of my spirit and thus my drive to do such things. With each passing day I do find myself becoming myself more and more and it feels wonderful; the drive to write is slowly returning and I hope to be able to find a corner in our home out of the way where I can create a mini studio or at least store my supplies and have a makeshift work area (tho I will have to buy some supplies first, heh). Anyway now that you know a bit about me, let me give you a bit of info as to what I intend to use this for. This journal or small bit of webspace will be my place to express my inner most thoughts, fears, wishes, hopes, desires, and gripes, as well as my simple boring day to day meanderings. So if you know me then here is your chance to get to know me better, and if you dont know me then why are reading a stranger's journal?!? (hehe lol j/k) If you don't know me, well then have fun enjoy the read; honestly, I am not as neurotic as I seem. :P
